What is the initial cost for Folia MapTool?

There is no initial cost for Folia MapTool. It is even possible to test the tool, free of charge, for 30 days with full functionality. Subsequently, the price of Folia MapTool is 8€ per month with one yearly bill for 96€.

For how long am I bound to an agreement for Folia MapTool?

Folia MapTool is invoiced monthly and the subscription can be terminated and stopped with one day's notice. Paid subscription fees are not refunded.

Can I use wizards for solutions with several address points?

There are no limitations to how many address points can be included in the map solution. Both wizards can be used for solutions that comprise a single point and for solutions that comprise multiple points.

Do I need to continue to use the entry point with which the map was built?

No, it is possible to freely switch between the three different entry points. Functions that only exist in, e.g. Advanced Map Settings, can only be corrected here.

Do each of the web agency's clients have to have a subscription to Folia MapTool?

No, a web agency can use the same subscription to Folia MapTool for all their clients. Up to 500 map solutions can be set up per subscription.

May the web agency accept payment for a map solution based on Folia MapTool?

Yes, the web agency is welcome to. Folia MapTool is a tool that handles the configuration of Google Maps solutions as well as operation and maintenance of the content that is displayed in the map solution. Users of Folia MapTool have the right to freely price and pass on solutions based on Folia MapTool to a third party.

What is required to use Folia MapTool?

There are no special prerequisites for using Folia MapTool. New users can benefit from one of the two wizards and after a short period will also be able to make use of Advanced Map Settings.

May the map solutions be used for all purposes?

Folia MapTool may be used for map solutions that are publicly accessible on the Internet. Folia MapTool may not be used on websites that are placed behind a firewall or which require a log-in associated to a subscription payment.
